Guarantee
Warranty service is provided in case::
- a completed warranty card (without any corrections), which indicates the model and serial number of the product, the date of sale and the stamp of the trading organization;
- document confirming the purchase (consignment note);
- complete set of goods.
Also please mind to check the packaging and appearance of the product for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, breaches, etc.) and the completeness of the packaging when receiving and paying for the order in the presence of the courier. We do not accept any other complaints on issues stated above provided not the courier.
Warranty service is not provided in case of::
- lost or incomplete warranty card
- the equipment was delivered to the territory of the Russian Federation unofficially
- the product has traces of mechanical damage or opening
- broken factory seals
- the conditions of operation, transportation or storage have been violated
- repairs were carried out by non-authorized service center
- non-original components were used
